Ingredients
1 whole cucumber peeled and diced
1/2 cup of diced pineapple
1/4 pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger
1/2 cup of ice

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until watery. If you desire more protein, add a teaspoon of Chia seeds for extra Omega 3.
